"As a nurse starting out it was very challenging for me because there wasn't anyone that looked like me or even nurses really owning the space. I had to learn a lot on my own and even when I did find help they weren't nurses and have never been in my shoes so they never really could give me what I needed, that led to overwhelm and feeling stuck. That alone has fueled me to teach others what I know and how I did it so they can do it too. It's actually quite simple when someone who has done it shows you how."
